Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle all project activities, starting from preparation, budgeting, implementation and operation, civil works, controlling, evaluation and reporting
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign responsibilities to staff members, organize team meetings to ensure tasks, address problems and update progress
- Required Skill(s): Cost estimate, budgeting, skill in handle building construction project
- Costing estimate and commercial analysis for planning of construction industries including the analysis of risk management.
- Preparing resources based on skill, quantity, ability to do the engineering construction implementation of construction project.
- Following the construction management stage to provide advice in sequence of the work, time schedule, quality and quantity performance as oriented in efficiency and optimize target.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be advantage
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, prefer handled civil project in building construction
- Having certification related to Project Manager is an added value, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) Konstruksi Ahli Manajemen Proyek
- Required Skill(s): Cost estimate, budgeting, skill in handle building construction project
- Candidate have to accurate and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, management and organization skill, good in communication, having problem solving skill and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prefer domicile around Kemayoran - Central Jakarta
- Willing to travel to others island (Site Project Base)
